"As a new home owner, I am more the thrilled by the high quality of work done by Indian Summer Pool and Spa. I called Doug Fender (one of the owners), who made an immediate appointment with me to discus my plans to expand my patio, along with three other companies. Doug when through all available options, costs and expectations on the job I wanted done. Not only did he have a great team of employee's show up on time, they had everything organized from ground prep, rock deliver, concrete delivery, and temporary fencing down to the minute. I was very impressed with the owners showing up to make sure that I as a home owner was happy with each step of the process and that every employee was very efficient and knew their area of expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on a project you want done right. Just a note not only did the come in on budget, but the other companies I called did not have any where the game plans or explain the details of what to expect. This is a company you will be happy with."

"M2 Drafting & Design were outstanding to work with. They exhibited professionalism, patience, and quality with every phase of my small, but important, project. Both Mark and Mike went out of their way to help make my project a success. I was able to get approval from my city to move forward with my home addition almost immediately after submitting the documentation they provided to me. The price was extremely reasonable for the value received. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a drafting project and will certainly use them again if I need architectural design work. Thank you so much for your assistance and concern."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
