Premiere Exterior Solutions

We paid a large deposit. After 12 weeks of waiting company wants to delay another 10 weeks and refuses to commit to a start date. Company refuses to return the deposit.

We signed the contract 9-23-21 and were given an estimated completion date of December 2021. It's now 9-7-22 and they've given us every excuse one could imagine and then some... and the work still hasn't begun. Update as of 10/3/2022: We signed a contract on 9-23-21 for a backdoor gable, composite deck, and insulated siding. It's been over a year and the work has not started despite taking half the money by check upfront. They'll give every excuse you can think of as to why this is the case. We watch the promised start dates come and go repeatedly to no avail. We signed numerous contracts with other companies for various remodeling jobs on our home around the same time as we contracted Premiere Exterior Solutions. They have all been completed long ago. I'm not buying Premiere's excuses. I'm spending the day writing reviews on this entity in the hopes that others don't make the same mistake. Take a look at Better Business Bureau complaints before signing anything. Choose a company that conducts themselves with integrity. Update: We were threatened with litigation for writing truthful reviews. Update: President of the company has been to prison for doing this to others in the past.

They did an excellent job and they are my go-to for exterior work. We had extensive damage on our roof from recent storm and past hail damage. They came out and installed a new roof on my townhouse and they did it in one day. We have two dogs and they were extra careful to clean up loose roof nails. I highly recommend them.

First, I want to acknowledge that the work took longer than expected. But the results? Amazingly satisfying. I love my new sunroom and I know that the quality of the work shows through.

Well, I admit that there was some frustration at the delayed start. I also know that 2020, Covid, and supply shortages hurt. But, almost immediately after they started, I realized the quality and focus being given to the work. They listened. And they gave me, in my opinion, a end project that exceeded my expectations.

I am happy with my deck built by Premiere Exteriors Solutions. I found them on Angi. Quality materials were used for the deck and very professionally built. Contractor worked every day and completed in appropriate time period even in extreme heat! I would highly recommend them.

We had our porch replaced by Premiere Exterior Solutions and Richard did a great job. The craftsmanship was impressive and it was done in no time. Thank you!

Premiere did a great job on our new deck! They were fairly priced, and kept their word as to the completion date! I would highly recommend them!

Premiere Exterior Solutions just finished expanding our deck and re-configuring the stairs. The deck is everything we requested and then some. Rodney was very professional and easy to work with, and his price was comparable to other companies. The team that installed the deck, Jason and Trevor, were easy to work with, very diligent and committed to the job. They finished our deck weeks before the deadline. We highly recommend them for anyone wanting a deck built.

Though we had some delays beginning the project(floods in TX and injury to one of their work crew), Ricky and his team made up for it by adding extra square footage to the exterior vinyl sun room. Once work began it progressed at a steady pace. Throughout the process any problem or issue was addressed quickly. You can trust that they will follow through on all agreements and promises. The edition turned out great.
