Dale and his Shannin were cordial, polite and answered all of my questions and concerns. This Husband and wife team were neat, clean and efficient. I could tell that they were proud of their work and very attentive to ever detail. I generally prefer doing business with a family owned company, as they are personally on the job and the price was certainly fair, as I checked with several other companies. My patio was discolored, stained and totally faded out. I was hoping that Dale and Shannin would be able to bring back the original look. The day of the scheduled work was not ideal as we had to deal with high winds and cooling temperatures later in the day.
