"It's not possible to overstate how well John Henry and the crew of Affordable Concrete did on this project. They replaced an aging patio and step, and installed a landing and a new adjoining 15' sidewalk for us. John called immediately after I requested a bid, and he traveled to look at the jobsite within a few hours. John listened carefully to my requests and made ALL of my concerns his own as he worked on the project. He treated all my communication urgently, and always responded immediately to my calls and texts. He fully informed me of what to expect on each stage of the project, and actually completed things faster than his original projected timeline. Also, I want to mention that John and crew treated very gently and respectfully an aging family member with dementia that would sometimes come outside to "help" while they were onsite working."
