"It's not possible to overstate how well John Henry and the crew of Affordable Concrete did on this project. They replaced an aging patio and step, and installed a landing and a new adjoining 15' sidewalk for us. John called immediately after I requested a bid, and he traveled to look at the jobsite within a few hours. John listened carefully to my requests and made ALL of my concerns his own as he worked on the project. He treated all my communication urgently, and always responded immediately to my calls and texts. He fully informed me of what to expect on each stage of the project, and actually completed things faster than his original projected timeline. Though I fully expected the concrete job to look nice, it actually turned out even better than I could have hoped for. The level of craftsmanship displayed is perfection. All the edges, cuts, lines and finishing are exactly correct. There was no leftover construction mess, and they left the jobsite (much) better than the way they found it. Also, I want to mention that John and crew treated very gently and respectfully an aging family member with dementia that would sometimes come outside to "help" while they were onsite working."
