They replaced an aging patio and step, and installed a landing and a new adjoining 15' sidewalk for us. John called immediately after I requested a bid, and he traveled to look at the jobsite within a few hours. He treated all my communication urgently, and always responded immediately to my calls and texts. Though I fully expected the concrete job to look nice, it actually turned out even better than I could have hoped for. The level of craftsmanship displayed is perfection. All the edges, cuts, lines and finishing are exactly correct. There was no leftover construction mess, and they left the jobsite (much) better than the way they found it. I fully recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Also, I want to mention that John and crew treated very gently and respectfully an aging family member with dementia that would sometimes come outside to "help" while they were onsite working."
