"Ryan was absolutely fantastic to work with. He redid floors on a new home purchase. Ryan was not only patient but very understanding in jumping through a few initial hoops that were required due to the home purchase process. Ryan was up front and honest about cost and project timeline. Once we got to the job Ryan communicated well throughout the entire job. The floors were in very bad shape and took him 2 extra days to sand down; in addition the rainy weather also affected the timeline for the stains to cure which again delayed finishing the project slightly (NONE of this was Ryan's fault!). Ryan used his expertise to assist in picking the floor color (he was willing to do whatever we wanted but we wanted his opinion based upon his expertise). Through all of this Ryan wanted to make sure that not only did we know what was going on with our floors but that we were completely satisfied with the end result. We both completely agreed that it was well worth the extra time to make sure the floors were done right so that in the long run we would be happy with the job...(I mean refinishing hardwood floors is not the cheapest of projects so if you are going to do it it better be right!!) The floors came out beautiful; above and beyond expectation! I could not give a higher or more heartfelt recommendation of Ryan and his work. Absolutely fantastic!! Highly Recommended!"
