"100% positive. We did all the prep work ourselves (by choice). We left town on vacation and gave Ryan a key to our house. He sanded, stained, and put 3 coats of urethane on the floors to seal them. He did 4 bedrooms, a hallway, family room, 3 sets of stairs in our side to side split home. These are original hardwood floors in our 50 year old + home and he restored them beautifully. There was a lot of spilled paint on the floors, and Ryan sanded all of it off. We highly recommend Premier Hardwood Floors and Ryan Carney. We trust him with restoring our floors and we trust him with a key to our house!"
