The trees did not look very good after the trimming. Per request, the crew returned and did a fantastic job removing the trees to make way for new trees. "Wow! Good guys. Great work. They came and removed an old tree that was slowly dieing and causing damage to my property as it fell apart. They removed what was left of the tree, ground the stump down to below grade, removed all debris,.. I couldn't be happier with their service and the fee was more than fair. "While more expensive than I had originally hoped, it turned out to be worth the cost. Due to the location of the tree (overhanging the neighbor's house and yard, the narrow alley access and the nearby powerlines), they brought in a bucket crane. I was impressed with the expertise and safety precautions displayed. The tree was removed without disturbing anything and the crew did a thorough cleanup before leaving. They even removed a Mulberry tree we discovered growing in the fence line behind the original Maple. Epic was very professional and did the job quickly. I was very impressed and quite satisfied with the work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a tree removed."
