Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. "KCB Masonry & Tuckpointing did an amazing job! They listened to what I wanted to have done and made sure that it made sense for our yard. I had them install some concrete steps from scratch in my backyard. They were a fraction of the cost compared to the other guys that claimed that they were the best in the biz. These guys showed up for the quotes and job as they said they would. I lost count how many times they used levels and tape measures to get everything right. Just imagine watching someone make one tiny tweak to what they are doing and then level and measure every time. Well worth the money and I will hire them again. "The representative from Quacker's arrived on time and took a careful look at the crack, and pointed out that we could fix it (since it was a floor crack) much cheaper than the $199 price. He gave us detailed directions on how we could do it ourselves and offered a full refund. I did an adequate job myself and saved about $190! Their honesty and help was much appreciated...
