"This company is good about making service calls in a timely manner. However, I was very disappointed in the work. I believe they mis-diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator by not taking the proper time and thoroughness required to make an accurate diagnosis. So, I was charged $95 for the service call and $330 for the repair that did not fix the problem. I called them out again and they did waive the service charge since it was within 30 days. This time they diagnosed a different problem quoting me $960 to fix it. So, basically, I am out $430 for a fridge that still has a broken ice maker. No way am I going to pay another $960. Ridiculous."

"They put in a pipe with calking, instead of a threaded drain. The shower leaked, ruined our subfloor and tile, and we are now replacing the entire bathroom, including the floors. The current plumbers disclosed to us what shoddy work they did. They also did not support the shower, so it got big holes in the floor. They may cost less than other plumbers but it is becausd they do shoddy work and cut corners. Do not use them."
