They went above and beyond what I would ever expect in figuring out where the drains were blocked and clearing them. Let's just say that not every outfit would work for 2 hours late on a Saturday and then the owner drive 30 minutes with more equipment, get on the roof in dark and ice, and snake thru the roof vent! I later learned that Mike is a former fire fighter who is, apparently, fearless with ladders and heights, dark and ice. Just call Sludgebusters if you need the best!"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

The job also comes with a 30 day warranty which I thought was great and definitely put my mind at ease just in case something happened again."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
