"I called to have someone look at my basement drain backing up. The first person quickly diagnosed the issue but didn’t have the camera needed to look at the line. This was a bit annoying since I was very clear in describing the problem before he came out. However, another guy came out first thing in the morning and did a great job diagnosing the issue and took the time to show me and explain his assessment, along with options. They charge $65 to come out for diagnosis. My total for over an hour of camera work on two lines from inside the house and diagnosing the issue was $326. They were both professional, punctual, and didn’t waste time. The second person was honest in telling me not to try something that I think other plumbers would have charged for. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.
