I personally was not there when the work was done but was told that Rich and his crew arrived on time and repaired the busted pipe in a matter of a couple of hours. I have talked to Rich several times and he is very pleasant to talk to and listened to our concerns. Definitely will hire again. I have him on speed dial...lol

I'm a single mom, and I've had several upgrades done to my home and was not happy with the previous contractors I had hired. They were a blessing to me! They came a couple days earlier than I expected, which I was thankful for because I didn't have any hot water. The photos show both the old and the new water heater. He had a lot of welding to do and had to replace some of the pipes to get it up to code. I did a lot of research on which water heater I wanted and called and they had no problems getting it for me. The old water heater lasted 30+ years so I decided to stick with the same manufacturer, which was hard to find in my area, but I found a supplier and set it all up. Thank you!!

i am a single mother and he took advantage of me. he did not do the work and still got paid. i file a complaint with BPG home warrantee company and they did nothing. will not be letting them choose my servicers.

Mr. Brueggemann arrived promptly on the agreed upon date with all the necessary supplies to run a copper water line from under my kitchen sink, through another set of cabinets to the refrigerator ice maker. It was in an awkward location, but he worked quickly and efficiently, and I've had no problems since.

I've used Brueggemann three times now, each time on a holiday, I think. They've always been prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Our basement flooded and we did not know the cause. Rich came in, told us what we needed and did the work.

I had a bathtub that was slowly draining to the point that the soapy water would leave scum on the tub floor after it drained. I called on Richard since he did a great job with my property before. He came right on time. He unscrewed the tub plug and readjusted the plug so that the tub would drain faster. Overall, he took 15 min. to do the work. While I was glad that he was able to fix the problem without "rotorooting" the drain, I was disappointed that it cost me $98. Perhaps I should have asked him for an estimate before he did the work. I would have to say that even if I knew the high estimate I would still use him over another company because his work is that good.
