Price went up from original quote of $180 to $300. Then said she never quoted me that and I should have got it in writing, refuses to do a refund says she don't know how and starts to remove stuff from the list of things I need done to drop the price back down. I will post again tomorrow with the end result for all of this

Bought a car stereo for my son in August, spent $700 for a radio and install. Felt it was overpriced but worth making my son happy. After installing in my son‘s car, the battery kept draining. They made us wait four more weeks before they tried to fix it. Still draining in one night time. So not only can he not drive his new Mustang but we are out $700 since they will not refund it. It is now November 6 and they have yet to fix it. They did install a Killswitch under the hood so he can at least drive his car! Now after yesterday’s attempt and fail they said we will have to wait until December 10 to get his old radio put back in and we are still out $700 and months of frustration. They should at least be coming in on their day off to correct this issue but they will not. Will never use or recommend them to anyone again. Crooks!

They did a great job they came over and installed all equipment wired it altogether. Very professional would recommend them highly and also prices were comparable and they had better better products there. I would recommend you buy your audiovisual equipment from them and have them install it.
