Assume covid was a factor since all supply chains have been negatively affected but some of it was unfortunately due to staff communication and handoffs. They even cleaned scuff marks on baseboards that I thought needed painting, but just needed a good cleaning. They also touched up my kitchen cabinets from an older paint job and now they look brand new with just the touch up. The outdoor fence was done very quickly and is as good as new now!
