"I purchased a new RHEEM High Efficiency HVAC (AC and Furnace) from Bob Hamilton in 2021 and I have been experiencing issues with the unit since purchase. Bob Hamilton removed the old unit and installed the larger, new unit and was responsible for pulling the permit (per contract). - Several recurring issues are related to moisture build up in the entire unit: excessive rust on components inside the unit, and failed sensors due to moisture; this is according to the Bob Hamilton technicians who have performed repairs and servicing. - Suspecting faulty installation, I requested a copy of the permit and inspection that should have been performed; I requested this three separate times but Bob Hamilton will not provide copy. ?- Opinion: Mistakes will happen, but in this case, Bob Hamilton?s failed actions and failure to provide me with a copy of the permit and inspection generate suspicion of improper installation and unethical work practices. ?- Poor Workmanship and Can Not be trusted."
