Travis York is not someone you can trust to hire to do business with. I had the worst service experience I have ever dealt with. He is a scam artist and a fraud with horrible quality of work and ethics. He was quick to take my deposit on double garage door and opener install. Communication was vague and infrequent after that. After stalling for months he said my doors had came in and were ready to pick up. BUT he did not have the money to pick them up...despite my already paying for them upfront. He had ordered the doors and never paid the money just pocketed it. So i had to pay the remaining balance. I did. I had to pick up all my stuff on my own while he did nothing but make excuses for shortcomings. He was very mentally unstable I eventually had to coach him to come start the work. He finally shows up after days of me waiting and taking off work. He did very little work bad quality installing and left things unfinished. I could tell he could not wait to leave because has has no benefit in doing good work once he gets your deposit. He pays himself up front so he has no incentive to work. He finally came back a second time and finished installing the doors but not the openers. The work was half ass and many bolts were still loose. Doors did not work perfectly like they should. After that he never installed my 2 door openers on the garage doors. He left the work unfinished and never returned my calls or texts.

Travis is a fraud, he took $4000 for a down payment on a special ordered door kept making excuses after excuses. I know his intentions were to take a deposit and run with it. Travis is doing this to other people do not use this thief!

Travis York took a $1650 deposit for garage doors in October of 2022, it is now January 2024 and still no garage doors. Used excuses everytime is was ready to install, asked for deposit back and now you cannot even get through to him on his voicemail. No response from text. Also check reviews on multiple sites that he has done the same thing to multiple people.

Travis is a fraud. He has been stealing the deposits of his customers.

WARNING!! This company scammed me out of 1200.00!! He came over gave me an estimate for a garage door install . I had to contact him over the course of 3 months to check on status but got a different excuse every time. On the 4 month I requested my deposit back. He agreed to give it back but again after several excuses he has refused to return it! He comes off very kind and professional donâ t fall for it! I have filed a complaint with the Mo Attorney General and will be taking additional legal action.

I am very happy with Excellent Garage Door Service. They were very prompt in replying to my request for help with our garage door problem. Travis came right out, identified our problem, and gave me an extimate for what needed to be done. He was very professional and patient in explaining the problem. He got right to work and fixed the problem promptly and for the amount he quoted. I was very happy with his work.

I was exceptionally pleased with Excellent Garage Door Service, LLC. All I needed was for someone to reprogram my garage door openers (2 car openers and 1 keypad). No tune-up, repairs, or services needed on the door or opener. Seems that I should have been able to program them myself, but I could not. I knew that there was some simple information that I lacked and was ready to pay a reasonable price to have it done. I thought it was a simple and straightforward request - I figured it would be a quick and simple service call (which it was). No other company would even give me an estimate.- other than what the â Drive Chargeâ would be. Excellent Garage Door Service gave me a very fair quote, over the phone, and showed up on a Sunday afternoon without even an extra â Convenience Chargeâ - which I expected to pay. Yes, I tip good service. I recommend Excellent Garage Service. They are building a quality business.

Ordered replacement door and install with Travis. Order we placed shows correct door and color. The order Travis placed through Raynor garage doors is the wrong color which Raynor provided us a copy of. In formed Travis he had ordered wrong color and he suggested we get it painted and he would have Raynor pay for it. Whattt?! Itâ s a wood grain aluminum door. Told him we wanted the right color door installed and he ghosted us. He also failed to pay Raynor for the door. We had to order correct door ourselves through Raynor and they did the second install which was much cleaner looking. However we are out $3000.00 that should have been on Travis! Definitely do not recommend!!!

Travis took $4000 and never came back to install the door he said his business ate the down payment on the door. .

Travis York took me for $2500 kept lying and changing install date. I cashed app him the money because he said he need to pay for garage door. find out he never paid for the door, the door company made a deal with me but I had to pay for the door again. He tried to send me back $100 and said he would get the rest when he can, WHAT!! I filed complaint with Attorney General and still have not got my money back.

Showed up same day. Work was done quickly and exactly as quoted. Taught me a few things about good maintenance practices going forward.

The time and work was awesome

Travis and Jordan were a great company hire! From the inspection, to giving me the correct diagnosis, to the install. There were some hiccups with the tech and we had to go through the manufacturer a few times for replacement parts. Through the whole process they were professional and made me feel like I was a priority! Would 100% recommend their services to anyone.

Travis is the best in the business. His service and knowledge are awesome, I would recommend him to anyone. Exceeded my expectations by a mile.

Travis called immediately after my inquiry on Angi, with availability that same afternoon. Checked system, gave estimate and made appointment next day for repairs. He and Jordan were prompt, courteous and even swept garage when work was completed. They deserve a 5 star rating.

Both Trevor and Jordan are capable garage door techs. Very customer friendly, conscientious and customer friendly. They were careful around items in the garage to prevent any possible damage to property. Trevor and Jordan explained what needed to be done, did what they said they would do and made it a point to make sure I was happy with the work done. Very pleased with their work and would hire them again.
