Very minor mishap occurred at the beginning, but will be easy to fix. The remaining job went well and he did what we requested in a short period of time.

They have very good prices. I would not use them again because I moved.

It went great! They were able to fit me in much sooner than I expected but they called ahead of time and it worked out great for my schedule. The job went fast and I everything is working great. The technician was friendly and professional. I am very satisfied.

Rick showed up right on time, we did a walkthrough of the work I needed done, and he was done in no time.  We walked through again, to make sure all items were covered and working, etc.  Rick was very friendly, very easy to work with, and very efficient.  I highly recommend this company!

Installer showed up on time, and was professional. He installed the outlet exactly where it needed to be, and put the track light where I asked him to. Everything went perfectly.

They were nice to get me scheduled in their busy day. Electrician was very nice and did an excellent job.

Jeramie came out to look at our outlet(s). He fixed the connections to stop the noise and the issue. He recommended we replace them in our whole house, just to make sure we're as safe as can be. (It's an older house.) He gave us an idea of what it would cost, but he also explained how to do it and suggested it would be a fairly easy DIY. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything, and since there's an hour minimum, he also looked at our breaker box and made a couple of easy repairs there, too, while he was there. Great service. We've always been pleased with this company.
(The only "B" rating for punctuality was because when I called this morning, I was told he'd be here at noon, but that he'd call first. He did call, but it wasn't until 1 p.m., and he arrived shortly after that. Still decent for a service provider, though.)

I will definitely have them back to replace some outside wiring to our fish ponds.  Ground was too frozen to even consider when he was here.  We feel we can trust Jeramie after his honesty with our circuit breaker problem.

Called Jackson County Electrical with a problem. Carla the owner sent Jeremie out the next day. Jeremie arrived, looked in the attic and advised me of the problem, how to fix it and what it would cost. Then he told me that I actually needed to re-wire it and explained it to me in plain english. Jeremie didn't try to pull a fast one on me and did not sugar coat it. He told me the re-wire would fix my problem which was three outlets not working and make the whole electrical system safer for me and my family.
Day one of the re-wire Jeremie was on time, actually a little early! I told him where I wanted to start at and what I wanted done that day. Jeremie and Rick went to work and after eight hours, I could breathe easier because all of the splices they pulled out and splices they located in the walls. I could sleep knowing they did it right and correct. I watched them the whole day, talk to them and they got a lot of work done in a day and did not seem to mind me watching them.
The second day,  Jeremie and Ricked arrived again early and started in. They rewired my house, put many new outlets in as well as move outlets. New exterior light and exterior outlet and had one hiccup along the way. All this was done for $3,500 and this is the best money by far I have spent on my house so far.
I want to say thank you to Jeremie, Rick and Carla for completing the job in a timely, professional manner. Jeremie is a truthful person. He will tell you what is needed and explain it to you in a way you understand.
I will hire this company again for any electrical problems I have, I will tell everyone about them and feel 100% good to send my family and friends to this company.

I couldn't be happier with the work that was done, as well as with the young man that did the work.  Jeramie was very punctual, polite and knowledgeable.  The cost was appropriate and I also received a reasonable bid on some other 'wish list' things that I am considering having done in the near future.

Contacted Jackson County to fix garage outlet.  I left a message asking them to call me back.  They did within a few hours and where out that day.  Very responsive!  The man that showed up was very professional; he explained my problem, gave me my options, and had it fixed quickly.  I will use their service again.
