"Installed my elderly grandmother Norma's HVAC 6 years ago. Recently A coil was icing up. She was told she'd need a new A coil (not cleaning first). A-Coil was covered under 10 year warranty but not labor. They quoted her 2900 to install the new A-Coil. I checked with multiple other HVAC firms, and the labor to install this part and the refridgerant was on the order of 900-1000. This firm gouged my elderly grandmother. They didn't send her an itemized bill, so I think they just have a set price that includes the part. They took her money and there has been no effort by them to make this right. Watch out, they'll do this to you too or someone you love. They said it's inflation, but this is what happens when they sense that they can take advantage of someone. They won't talk to me (her grandson), only her, and told her there was nothing they could do and just took her money. Beware, use someone else, you cannot trust these people."

Two Dads Construction Partnership with Insurance My friend/co-worker and I both do odd jobs or handyman services on the side of full-time employment. We'll do both large and small jobs. He and I will both be available to do the work outside of normal working hours with increased availability of the job. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
