"Dettmann-Claus painted and patched my ceilings and hallways, and several rooms of my house. They were friendly and professional. Always showed up on time and left the house tidy. Tom and his crew are the best to work with and I will call them for all my painting needs, interior and exterior. They even rebuilt shelving in a closet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to work with honest, fair people with integrety."

"Everything went according to plan.  garage floor tear out took one day with the pour the next.  Front walk tear out and forms for all walks took one day, plus another for pour.  Very fast, pleased with work.  Only two out of 50 boxwoods were affected (lined the front walk) showing the extra care given to protect them during the big walk removal.

"I hired Prime Shine Exteriors to clean my screened porch and all its contents from top to bottom. Everything was covered in pollen and I could not even use the porch. Jeffrey contacted me right after I requested a quote, called me and set up an appointment for the next day, and did an amazing job. He removed all furniture and the rug from my porch, took it outside and washed everything. Then he cleaned the interior of the porch itself. At the end of the job he put everything back in place exactly the way I had it. No more pollen! I would definitely recommend this company and Jeffrey to anyone who has a need for power washing. He was also very friendly and an excellent communicator. I will definitely be calling him again for all my power washing jobs."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Self-leveling compound usually requires up to 24 hours to dry before you can begin installing tile. It’s best to follow the instructions on the self-leveling product label for appropriate dry time. If you’re still not sure, play it safe and give the self-leveling compound two days to dry before you begin the tiling process.

Epoxy flooring is used in many outdoor applications. Pebble epoxy flooring, in particular, is a great choice for most areas like porches, patios, and walkways. It adds visual appeal while adding texture using natural materials. The surface, however, can be slick when wet. Consider adding a non-slip additive if the area gets heavy foot traffic or if you live in a wet climate.

Most coatings take 1-3 days, including surface preparation and drying time.

Epoxy coatings for concrete basement or garage floors are popular. These two-part resinous coatings are waterproof and highly durable, making them an ideal choice for high-traffic spaces or areas where spills are likely. However, epoxy flooring costs more to apply than concrete stains and doesn't produce a natural-looking finish.

Epoxy paint is a popular option for concrete due to its durability and stain resistance. You can also use masonry paint, which adheres well to concrete. Acrylic paints are more affordable but not as durable. Concrete stain is another option, which is more durable than paint and won’t peel over time.
