Brian is a real professional. He is attentive and really cares about doing a good job. Although the work to be done on our house was a series of small projects, Brian took each of them seriously, even going far out of his way to be helpful.

Brian's team had done work for us two years before and done such a fantastic job that we wanted to hire him again. The work this time was not quite of the same stellar quality, but it was perfectly acceptable, and the price was very solid. I would hire BRJ again.

Normally, staining and sealing window sills is a two-day process. We tried a new product that enabled us to stain and seal in one day; which is the amount of time we had allotted in your bid. Unfortunately, this all-in-one step stain and seal product didn't perform as expected. Please don't hesitate to call us for your future painting needs."

Brian was very responsive and pleasant to deal with from my initial conversations through estimates and performance. He and his crew interacted with my wife on the day of the job, and they could not have been more professional and pleasant. They worked clean and carefully, and the end result was really fantastic. At the end, they even provided some recommendations for other service providers we have been trying to find. Really great work and customer service.

He was pretty rude. I would hang up on him at some point. We were under a dead line and he agreed to do it. We had to get in like a deposit. He was like he wouldn’t do it if we didn’t pay him. It was understandable to a point but the way he handled it was pretty unprofessional. The price was fair and it was the best price.

Brian was very professional from start to finish. The estimate was delivered promptly and work was started within a week or two of accepting the bid. At the time of our start day, one of the painters was sick. Rather than pushing our project back, Brian came and performed the job himself. I also used the coupon for the color consultation which was very helpful.

Mr. Johnson accommodated my request for a bid promptly. He was kind and professional. He arrived at 8:30 the day of the job, as planned. He and an assistant immediately began the necessary taping. Much care was needed as we have some built-ins, as well as four doors and three large windows in the rooms in question. They carefully moved, covered, and protected my furniture. After applying some paint, they asked me to confirm that the color was indeed what I had hoped. They did not emerge from the master suite till 4:00 pm. when the job was finished. Clean up was immaculate. We could not have been more satisfied.

I called Brian and explained the job. He came out and did an estimate, explaining that they count door sides. We have 50 door sides. As we have stained wood trim that didn't require painting, he adjusted his pricing. Brian said he would be happy to install the new hardware as long as it fit correctly (without carpentry work). We purchased new brushed nickel hardware for all the doors and tested that it fit. Brian and Darren arrived on time as schedule and completed the work in three days. They cleaned, deglossed and painted the doors (without removing them), then replace the hardware and the hinges. The job was done well. Our new doors look great!

Brian arrived on time for initial estimate, seemed very personable and professional. Bid was accepted and date was set within a week to do the job. Brian and his crew arrived on time, I was a little late, the day they started the job. I had to make a few changes at the last minute and while I am sure he was irritated, Brian did a good job hiding it and stayed professional. One of his crew members was a little on the rude side, but nothing serious. Job was completed on schedule and pretty much on budget. I was charged a little more due to the changes I made, but that was expected.

Upon Brian and his co-worker arriving. They wasted no time in getting started. Brian had all the tools and materials needed to do a professional quality job. And a professional job they did. Brian was well organized and efficient in his paint work and cleanup. There was no paint splatter or mess to speak of on this project. There were some touch ups that needed to be done and all work was completed. He and his co-worker did a fantastic job with our painting project and we would hire him again.
