That said, we worked through this system, worked around my travel schedule, got it in, fixed issues that were underground that we did not know about (liked unmarked drain tile and a neighbors sprinkler head that was a little too close to the property line. We ask for 65% up-front for materials and set up fee for masonry projects, with the remainder balance due when project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Our chimney cleanings are paid in full after the chimney has been cleaned. We leave an inspection report with every chimney cleaning for the homeowners insurance purposes.
