Excellent job! The workers knew what they were doing, were very skilled at what they did, and worked hard - in short, thoroughly professional. Kevin was very responsive to our wishes and offered very helpful suggestions - everything you look for in a project manager. The clean up was thorough as well. We were very happy with their work.

Great assistance in selecting choice trees, explaining what to look for in the shape and health of the species being considered - tagged selected trees on the spot. Offered knowledgable suggestions for tree groups as well as reasons for such pairings i.e. maintaining a balance of acid & alkalinity in the soil. They also provided general spacing guidelines. expected growth rates, spread & screening provided by the trees as they mature. 
Installation crew arrived as scheduled and helped talk thru minor tweaks to the location of the trees being planted. ( We called Dig-rite ourselves to help us plan arrangements while avoiding buried utility lines - I presume they too would call for said line location service ... but each customer should verify on their own ). The crew amended soil & applied natural root stimulant, mulched and post-planting cleanup. They then took the time to talk us thru watering frequency & duration as these new trees adjust to our soil and conditions watering needs.
** Only negative or uncertainty - was conflictual information online regarding removal of wire binding around burlap root ball - There seems to be two schools of thought on the matter; somewhat dependent on binding material. - In our case, I felt better that the wire be removed; therefore I cleared the applied mulch, dug around the hole and with bolt cutters loosed / freed the wire bail banding - refilled the holes and tamped - ensuring that I kept the root ball crown slightly above grade.  
** We were not presented with the question as to our preference related to the burlap and bailing removal - I suggest you read up on the topic and discuss with the installation crew at the time of planting.
Their annual sale pricing that begins on LaborDay weekend is a wonderful time to shop and tag trees for planting. 
Reasonable costs for the plants as well as reasonable rates for planting.

Our back yard is on  a small hill...which made the construction of the project extra hard.  Jeff's crew  worked so hard.  To get the materials to the pond, they had to lay ply wood , screw it together securely, and then use a dolly to walk the rocks down to the patio area.  It would take 3 men; one guiding the dolly, and two holding onto a large rope and letting the rope out slowly.
Jeff's crew began by tearing down the old pond.  Joe, Armondo, and Mike used the rocks to build  steps and patios winding down to the creek below the house.  All the rocks were cemented  to provide stability.  The rock work is beautiful!     Then they began digging the pond.  The dirt that they dug out was used to build flat areas for walking.  These ares were later covered with plants, ground cover, and  large accent rocks to match the pond.. 
Then, Jeff  designed the waterfall feature.  Art,  Joe, Mike, and Armondo laid the rock walls, the floor of the pond and cemented in the surrounding rock work.
 
The entire project was amazing!   The water feature began to take life.  There are gurgling areas and longer falls with splashing sounds.  Jeff was so particular with the placement of each rock to maximize the beauty of the falls and the sound.   Lights were strategically placed to bring about a shimmering effect.  Plants were placed in the small areas around the pond  to bring color and interest.  We have enjoyed the water fall so much.  The beauty of it and the sound of the falls is amazing.
I would like to add that the men were so courteous and worked so hard.  Joe was amazing at his ability to answer all of our questions about the plants.  He and Almondo were always the first ones to pick up a shovel or wheelbarrow.   Art was so knowledgeable about how to work with our watering system that we already had to make sure that all the plants would survive. When Jeff couldn't be on the site, Art and Joe took the responsibility in supervising the building of the pond.   Mike was friendly and easy to talk to .  He and Almondo and Joe created such perfect pathways and several small patios with rock seats.  Every part of the project was professionally and artistically done.
  I am so pleased that Willow Green Gardens tackled our project.  I have complete faith in them as landscapers and designers. 

Acceptable but not what I had in mind. The price was too high as well.

They did wonderful and they've been back one time. The knowledge and the plans they have are the reason why I would go back to them. They were also in the average in terms of price.

Upgraded Landscape (Hardscape) in front. Added Steps off the porch, walkway and planter beds. This work was good! Added Security light post - worked for couple days and then failed to light. Called back for fix - said would be by in a week. Has been three weeks and no call back or fix. Initial work was good, but response to call back is very poor - no contact to reschedule and no repairs.

We went out to Willow Green Gardens to pick out new trees. We had a devoted saleswoman who was very educated on the trees. She drove us around the property on a golf cart and helped us choose. We ended up with four trees- two to replace and two with new holes to be dug. We needed to have MO one call come out to mark the property- I forgot, so the delay in getting the trees in were my fault. They were very nice to schedule with me and were very flexible with their time. They sent two gentlemen to plant the trees and it took about an hour. They had to dig through clay- so that slowed them down. They even brought mulch for the trees- it doesn't match my mulch- but it was very nice of them to provide. The workers were very nice- they even asked to borrow the hose and put it back nicely in the garage. We will use this company again.

They were very professional. We had a compaint and they fixed it, and made it great. I would highly endorse Willow Green.

The project went very smoothly start to finish. Very pleasant crew to work with. Jeff followed up afterward to replace any plants that weren't thriving. Very happy with results and have had two friends use this company on my recommendation.

Excellent work. The job was completed in a timely manner and the flower beds look fantastic. Cleaned up well and added back to mulch that was displaced during construction of borders. Very easy to work with and the guys doing the work were extremely efficient and pleasant.

I received a quote then they set up to do the job. The job was completed on time and within the estimate. No materials were left to clean up and they were particularly mindful of the flowers and the yard in general while working.

All of the staff members that I dealt with were first rate. We had decided to purchase 4 trees for the back yard, so we went out and looked through the inventory. The lady that helped us could not have been more patient and helpful. When all the utility lines were marked, we found that we could not get the trees into the area that we had planned. Shrunk our order to 1 tree, and even it was going to be a tight fit. The men that came out were very cautious not to hit the phone line that services out entire neighborhood. The tree was planted, mulched, and area was cleaned up after their job was done. They really impressed.

We were very pleased with the overall results of the project. Kevin kept reassuring me my existing lawn would come back from the heavy equipment, and I am pleased to say 3 months later he is exactly correct! We love the new space!

They were wonderful. Jeff kept an eye on the entire project, which took 2 weeks. There was a lot to do. David and Mark did all of the stone work and we couldn't ask for more experienced men. They were very easy to get along with and if we saw something we wanted changed, they did it. They were very professional and helped us to decide on what we really wanted. We had a general idea, but since we had never done this before, Jeff gave us several ideas and then we decided what we wanted done. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff, David and Mark. We highly recommend Willow Green Gardens for any landscaping you may want done. They are fantastic!!!!!!

Fantastic service. Jeff Eggleston was our contact and he knew what he was doing. The crew worked great and completed the job very quickly. Follow up was great as Jeff came back out to review care of the plants and answered any questions concerning the work. After conversations, he even added a couple of more plants to fill out the beds as we liked.
