He evaluated the problem I had with my space heater and determined the problem was the heater, not the outlets. He also determined the bulb in the outside light was broken and went to two different places to find a replacement bulb. Unfortunately the bulb has been discontinued. He was knowledgeable, prompt, personable. He also made plans to deal with the outside light at a different time."

"We hired Sissi company to first remove mold from our roof shaded by a big tree. Lewis did a great job and sprayed chlorine in the end to kill the mold that were hard to remove. We then hired him to paint our outside wooden wall. Lewis painted quite carefully and respected and accommodated our requests. After this work done, he did basement waterproofing project for us as well. It saved our basement from flooding during this winter. In the end, Lewis also fixed our water sink sewage pipe and several lights in the house. Lewis is also a very friendly guy and he charged reasonably. I strongly recommend him."

His designer helped me turn my ideas into real world structures. The materials they used and the workmanship of their installation is first class. "It went great and was totally pleased with all the work. I had electrical and remodeling work done in my basement. They placed can lights and a ceiling fan, ran all the wiring, added circuit breakers, put walls up, rocked and mudded it all as well. Their price was well worth all the work they did and it was all done in a timely fashion. I would definitely call on them again."

"The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."
