Fusion Electric is my go-to company anytime I need electrical work done. They always answer my calls. After scheduling service, they stay in communication with me, including calling before showing up. The electricians are friendly and answer any questions I have. This latest job they did for me is like the other occasions I have used Fusion Electric- done right the first time.

Our Evergy meter had broken loose from the house. Called Evergy and they said we were responsible for the repair and had to use a licensed electrician. Based on reviews we chose Fusion. They had Justin come to the house within a day to access the damage and give repair cost, procedure and time line as it had to be coordinated with Evergy. I was notified by Fusion the next day of the first available date. Today was that date. Justin was early so he would be here to do repairs when Evergy got here to turn off power. Everything went smooth and Justin was finished within 30 minutes. I will be using Fusion for my future electrical needs and I will be asking for Justin.

Fantastic!! The old Casablanca fan in our sun room had stopped working and parts were no longer available. I ordered a new fan from Home Depot, found Fusion Electric on Angi's list and made arrangements for them to replace the old fan. Michael arrived on time, went right to work and had the old fan removed and the new one working in an hour. The work was a bit difficult because the fan was mounted on the ridge beam of a vaulted ceiling 14' above the floor. Michael was pleasant and extremely competent - we are very pleased with his work. The next time we need electrical work done we will definitely call Fusion Electric.

The employee came & checked it out, said it may have been due to the compact florescent light bulb, switched to LED, so fine now.

Michael was absolutely amazing! We had our ceiling fan serviced, so it was in parts. Not only did Michael put it together quickly, he was able to hang it in record time. Our cat, George, who is scared to death of strangers even came out for a pet from Michael, which has never happened in 4 years! Michael had great cat karma and great ceiling fan karma!

Michael was AMAZING! I think he was a ceiling fan guru. We had our fan serviced, so it was in parts, but Michael was able to put it together and put it up quickly. Our cat, who is afraid of strangers, even came out to be petted by Michael, which has never happened in 4 years. So, we know that Michael has good karma! We highly recommend Fusion and Michael when you need an electrician!

He evaluated the project, gave me the bid (which he came in lowest of other electrical service providers), and with my acceptance, he started immediately and completed the project quickly. Great. Jacob got there on time for a free analysis of the problem and a reasonable bid. We set an appointment and he came back and performed the work on time as scheduled. The work was performed efficiently and he cleaned up the area as needed. We were very satisfied.

Excellent. I've had both Brandon and Rich (technicians) for past electrical jobs. They get right to work, diagnose and repair efficiently, and leave this client ready to use their services when needed in the future! Plus, Tina, their receptionist/scheduler worked hard to fit me in since I had painters in the home needing electrical that day. She's great! I'd recommend and use Fusion Electric in a heartbeat.
