We charge a flat rate Service charge of $59.99. This charge is for a Service Tech. to come to your home or business and diagnose your appliance. This service charge also includes the first hour of labor preformed by the service tech. If the service tech. can repair or fix your appliance without any parts or materials in this first hour it is also included. If the service tech. has to order parts and return to your home or business this is also included for up to a extra thirty minutes of time on the return trip. Any additional time to service your appliance will be at a rate of $40.00 per hour.
