"He's a really friendly guy, very responsive to my calls, schedules me in partly because we've had a working relationship for like six years. He's done work at the house that I live in. He replaced a furnace there and the air conditioner. The day before the warranty of the air conditioner that he had installed ran out, he installed a new one and it didn't work either. He went to the local manufacturer's distribution and got a third one and it didn't work either so he went and got me a brand new upgraded unit and a discount for all the inconvenience. He's a good guy and I have no complaints whatsoever.
