"Steven, I am sincerely sorry you were dissatisfied with the service provided. When you had initially reached out I informed you that we did not do large cleanup during the mowing route and would have to provide an estimate at the time of the mowing job to be completed at a later date. We arrived to mow your lawn which had not been mowed yet this year nor had any leaves cleaned up from the previous year with many mature trees on the property. During the initial call you mentioned a small amount of cleanup needed, not that no leaves had been cleaned up from the previous year. We did in fact make three passes over the lawn to provide the best possible service given the circumstances. However, we only charged you for one mow. In addition to that, as a courtesy, we did remove a good amount of the leaves and sticks in the front yard and disposed those also free of charge."
