He found the sources of the problem and said repairs would need to be performed and asked I wanted to have someone come out and provide and estimate. "Dean was very responsive from the get go. He was on time for his initial appointment and then sent me an estimate when promised. As he began taking down my old tile, he saw that my shower basin was a bit old and would be difficult to clean and prep for the new tile. After coming home and seeing it myself, I agreed. Dean recommended a plumber to come out and measure for a new shower basin. He took care of it without my having to do anything on my end and the plumber was reasonably priced, so I had a new basin installed. After that, Dean continued with the tiling. It looks fabulous. Good attention to detail. I would recommend Dean for tile work!"

There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
