Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Great service!  We have used the HOST method of carpet cleaning for many years, sometimes doing it ourselves and, as we got older, hiring someone else to clean our carpet. This is the first time we have used Hostess Carpet Care. They arrived on time and measured the area we wanted cleaned, telling us before they started what the cost would be. It was nice not to have to get an estimate first and then wait for another day for the work to be done. HOST carpet cleaning is a dry cleaning method and the carpet is not left wet. It does not damage the carpet, padding, sub-floor etc. Furntiure can immediately be put back into place (and was by the ladies who cleaned the carpet). There was no damage to anything in our home."
