"I had a severe plumbing problem. Mike was awesome he was here yesterday and I was not charged for the job because he couldn't get it unclogged. We scheduled for him to come back this morning. Gotta say amazing person. He unclogged from the stack and did the video process that needs to be sent in to the county. For the type of job he has, his sense of humor is fantastic. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"Nick G. Is professional, punctual and friendly. I had a leak coming from the kitchen sink and draining to my basement. This leak would have rotted the floor and caused considerable damage. Upon discovering this , I contacted my son, Clint Ehman, an electrician for Hoffman, to get a referral . Nick G. came out today, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
