"Came back later that day and waited for tech support to connect the modified new board after troubleshooting the old board. Old board not manufactured anymore. Had to pick up new ones later that morning. Saved them lots of $. Did not charge for waiting for tech support."

"Told Steve it could be two things. Cleaned the flame sensor worked 45 min. Returned to find model/ serial number to get the price for the other part it could be. Gas fireplace log set up was old ventless and he was not looking to replace. Some people want something for nothing."

He came the same day to help. Our 1st floor toilet and water valve was broken. Went right to work. Cleaned everything up and, when he didnâ t like the way the new part fit, said he is replacing it with a better fitting part tomorrow. Impressive! I would recommend!
