We have over 30 years of experience in the field of masonry and chimney cleaning. We ask for 65% up-front for materials and set up fee for masonry projects, with the remainder balance due when project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Our chimney cleanings are paid in full after the chimney has been cleaned. We leave an inspection report with every chimney cleaning for the homeowners insurance purposes. We also do fireplace inspections. Prices vary on chimney cleaning depending on what type of house, levels, etc.

Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. Whether you should resurface or replace your asphalt driveway heavily depends on its condition. If the foundation is solid and the damage is minor, resurfacing is your best bet because it’s more affordable and faster than replacing the driveway. But if your driveway has foundational problems and/or severe damage, like large, deep cracks and potholes, then it makes more sense to replace it. 

You can expect your asphalt pavement to last anywhere from 20 to 30 years, or 25 years on average. The life expectancy of your asphalt driveway depends on the climate, the amount of traffic, and how well you maintain it. While you can’t necessarily control some of these factors, you can control the amount of maintenance effort you put into your driveway. 

To prevent your asphalt from deteriorating prematurely, you should follow a good maintenance routine involving regular cleaning, reparation work, and resealing.

The most obvious disadvantage of permeable paving is that the cost is typically higher compared to non-permeable concrete, pavers, or asphalt methods. Also, the porous material can get clogged with dirt and debris, requiring cleaning and power washing more frequently than standard paving materials and methods. Although permeable paving is not ideal for highways, airports, and other surfaces supporting heavy traffic and machinery, it is suitable for regular residential driveways.

It takes recycled asphalt 48 hours to initially harden and up to 3 months to fully cure. It’s best to stay off of recycled asphalt for at least 48 hours, then you can walk or drive standard vehicles on it. Hold off on driving heavy trucks or equipment on it for at least 7 days. Allowing the surface to melt together and harden ensures that the surface stays durable and long-lasting. 

Interlocking pavers offer a number of advantages over regular pavers. For instance, they’re more durable, more resistant to shifting, and easier to repair. There are also permeable options that allow for drainage. However, interlocking pavers are more often more expensive than regular pavers and are prone to growing weeds over time.
