Scheduling is awful! No notification via text or email when service is scheduled. Service techs don't adhere to service time window and may come earlier without warning. Sometimes service was scheduled and no one showed up; again without notification.

they were very professional it was a little bit expensive but they came right out and got rid of the raccoons poor poor raccoons

Let me be clear. the work itself was great. however, Terminix employs contractors to do work and Terminix does not communicate well enough so I have to explain the job every time; if the person actually comes out on time. for the high price of this service I paid; I expect competency in management. there was very little. project - crawlspace encapsulation service and termite bait service bill.

Good service but expensive , they gave me warranty for 1 month but I saw the wasps after 1 month

Terrible customer service. The customer service rep would promise to return the call within 48 hours and have the local office contact us. Not a word. You can make an online appointment and never have a service person show up. Mosquito service is the worst. Must say they did try to contact me as I was canceling the service.

A year straight from the worst service we have ever had! First started off getting more money taken out of my checking account directly than agreed, after several calls to this company, as well one call to my bank was finally reimbursed after talking to a higher-up supervisor as well disputing with my bank for the termite treatment. Then with the in-home normal bug treatment appointments numerous different times they did not show the day of the appointment and with no call either after we scheduled our days around it. Then we kept having problems with termites and again after numerous calls, one year later they finally got someone out here to finish doing the treatment on the backside of the home that never was done on the first treatment. Then the last three months of the one-year agreement once again I called the supervisor, Ryan Snow, as my phone records the calls, I told him we did not want to renew the contract and he said if we pay this last quarter for $100 we would not get charged with early termination fees so we agreed. Then after calling my bank I found out we were charged $280, I tried calling and leaving messages with supervisor Ryan Snow, which he never answered, so I texted him with two different phone numbers to call me at. He would call, let it ring once and hung up and said it must be my phone, then I texted him about our final agreement on the $100 and he replies that he has not had any communication with me, which I replied lookup I have an app which records calls, needless to say, he did not reply. I contacted corporate office as well, once again our bank to dispute the $180 overcharge, as well told them the actions and recordings of supervisor Ryan Snow two days later and two hours longer of the third day of being on the phone with the corporate office they finally reimbursed our bank account and I made sure they stopped the auto-renewal on the contract, and bank card payments that supervisor Ryan Snow was supposed to but never did. We have been in the process of renovating our home and this held us up one year longer before we could finally move forth with getting our new floors installed. Myself as well as my other two family members have serious health issues that did not seem to bother this supervisor or the company. We are renovating our home to make our home handicap accessible and Terminix has made all of our challenges even more challenging. Save yourself all the troubles and headaches, there are way better companies out there to do business with that would not make your life anymore painful than it may already be or has to be.

They did a nice job, my problems were solved.

Helpful with multiple pests we were experiencing: ants, mice, and squirrels. Some delays in response for follow up after initial work complete but overall worth it and we?ve seen a great reduction in pest presence.

I feel that I was taken advantage of by paying $400 and the work is partially done. The problem has compounded now.

Quick turnaround at a fair price

Did not see a huge difference.

I may hire Terminix again for termite control as they prevented termites from attacking my home. It was suggested that nesting bees on my roof attracted the birds. I also contracted Terminix in 2012 to eliminate woodpeckers that began attacking my home in 2012. It is now 2020 and the woodpeckers are still putting holes and a nest in my home. We continue dealing with the bees and mosquitos. The house was also sealed before we had it stained again in 2017. The woodpeckers returned four days after the painters finished staining the house. They immediately pecked holes in the house. Terminix filled the holes with stainless steel and erected windmill-like noisemakers. We awake every morning to pecking and chirping of baby woodpeckers. The Wildlife Service will be here in two days, followed by another company to eradicate the bees. Bees presently swarm outside my breakfast room window. They become aggressive when my family goes onto the deck. So, I terminated Terminix, called the Wildlife Service to relocate the woodpeckers, and contracted another company to address eradicate the bees.

The worst customer service I have ever seen! I canceled the service after a yr contract and they are threatening to turn over to collections. They came out in March to spray and decided to add another quarter for $99 without my approval. Now they are threatening to turn it over to collections.
