We have over 30 years of experience in the field of masonry and chimney cleaning. We ask for 65% up-front for materials and set up fee for masonry projects, with the remainder balance due when project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Our chimney cleanings are paid in full after the chimney has been cleaned. We leave an inspection report with every chimney cleaning for the homeowners insurance purposes. We also do fireplace inspections. Prices vary on chimney cleaning depending on what type of house, levels, etc.

Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! While paving a driveway is possible to do as a DIY project, we don’t recommend it. Paving a driveway requires heavy machinery, and while you can rent the equipment needed, operating it close to your garage slab or around your home’s foundation can crack it and lead to structural issues. 

Permeable paving is a good option for a lot of reasons. It can help prevent flooding, keeps harmful chemicals from polluting our water, and can divert water away from your home’s foundation.
