"We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. "I think they were pretty good.  They were able to take care of everything.  Some companies only did roofs and things like that.  They had come out and offered me bids.  I think the actual crew consisted of 2 guys that were here and did it, and they did a pretty good job. Where I work I see them out doing work for other people all the time so I think they’re a reputable company that people already like. I think they were one of the best prices that I found overall.  Some of the materials were a little thin. I noticed my guttering was thinner than my old guttering, and I wasn’t aware.  The workmanship was great. CMS did all tear-out, remediation, rebuilding damaged cabinets, removing without damage and replacing engineered quartz counter-tops, and reinstalled?new base cabinets and appliances?as promised in the timeframe (10 days). Cleaned air ducts at the end of the job. Very reliable and good quality work. No surprises and I was kept up to date on progress throughout. Those that performed the work were skilled, professional and courteous. Ktichen looks better than before. Was able to fix a leak in my roof as well. Highly recommend them for this type of work."

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year.
