They removed the tree without damaging anything else and did an excellent cleanup job. Trimmed an oak that needed a lot of interior trimming. They did a superior job trimming that tree which is allowing enough sun to get to my lawn now.

Eddie was very communicative and trimmed four very tall palm trees in my yard. They were too talk for ladders - the guy needed to climb the tree. He also removed a dangerous wasp nest in one of the palms.

Went well. The crew used chain saws and the trimmed stubs looked a little rough, but the job got done

They did a good job trimming my oak trees and also removing the dead ones. I arrived home after they left and noticed that a couple of the larger trees had a few small branches on top that were not trimmed. I called and Eddie said that he would send someone later as soon as there is a job close to me but it's been almost a month and I haven't heard back. Not a good way to end the job...

Did a good job on the live oaks, but the other tree, a large citrus on the side yard, could have been given some more attention.

Oak tree shade killed my front lawn. Eddie brought out skilled crew that trimmed the trees beautifully and got sunlight back onto our yard. Clean-up was immaculate. Communication was great. This was a really big job and I anticipated paying more than for just a trimming. His prices for regular pruning and branch removal are lower.

Communication to get the estimate and schedule an appointment was quick and easy. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. I could tell they went to extra effort to ensure the neighbors weren't disturbed and cleaned up as they went. Safely removed the trees, ground the stumps, and trimmed the other trees. Team worked hard every minute they were on the job. Very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

Everything went smoothly. Ed was very nice and fit me into the schedule quickly. Work was performed to my satisfaction. I would use him again.

Work done as expected. I have been using Eddie for over twenty years for tree service at my rental properties in Richmond. I have fifteen large trees of various types that regularly need work. I trust him well enough to just send him over to do the work without worrying about if it will be done right.

They came and I showed them the trees' stumps, pointing out the sprinkler head and the gutter near by. They DID NOT say anything, DID NOT point out any issue these may present. So, I let them do the work. It took them literally 5 minutes to finish. I paid and they went their way. Didn't even give me the receipt. I completely forgot about it. Then when I cleaned up the dirt, I found out that they just cut down the tree stumps. DID NOT grind them up or remove them at all. The stumps are still where they are, just shorter. I couldn't believe my eyes. I called them back. John answered the phone. His argument was that he was worried he would damage the gutter and the sprinkler's pipe, so he didn't grind the stumps. Such a bogus argument. If he knew couldn't grind the stumps because of these obstacles, he should have told me to begin with. Instead, he and Eddie just cut off part of the stumps (the work that my husband can do). Then charged me in full. So, I got ripped off by this shady business. I'm still so upset now while writing this review. I assumed they don't really care about their reputation. One bad review won't hurt their business I suppose.

Service was not completed and much of what was done was not very good.

They did a very good job. Clean up was great. We could not even tell they had been there, except that the trees looked so much better. I never had to leave work to deal with this. Everything was handled over the phone. Did the job, left invoice on door. It was a very good experience.

We received a quote from Eddie on a Friday. Eddie and his crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am on the following Monday and went straight to work. Eddie worked along side the crew the whole time and in 3 1/2 hours they had the tree removed, completed all the grinding (this looked like a really hard job with all the roots), the other tree trimmed and the yard cleaned up. They left the yard looking better than when they arrived! The bill was exactly as quoted. We have used Eddie's in the past and will certainly call them again the next time we need tree service.

I used Eddie?s Tree Service to trim and prune two large oaks and a small under story tree (Chinese Pistachio). They also removed several dead limbs from a large Pine. I had used them two years ago but failed to write a review. They came out the same day that I called and provided an acceptable estimate for the work. As I had used them before with great results, I did not get another bid. They advised that they could perform the work the following week. They came with a three man crew and completed the job in about 90 minutes. The trees looked fantastic and all the debris was removed. Just like two years ago, the work looked great! That is exactly why I used them again. I would highly recommend Eddie?s Tree service.

They are very good. I called him in the morning and he was out that afternoon to look at everything I wanted done. Then that next morning he called me back with the bid. It was good and I set them up. they started the work about three days after the bid. They are fabulous. I was not even there, my wife was. I told them what I wanted to accomplish with the tree trimming in both the front and the back. They do it perfectly and really know what they are doing. They gave good suggestions about feeding the trees. They clean up after they are done and you don't even know they did it. I always use them.

The crew was outstanding. Very professional and very concerned about not having any damage to the house and also trying not to interfere with my neighbors. They are high quality and very efficient. I decided to use the even though they weren't the lowest big because of the attention to me as a customer and their professionalism.

Very responsive, respectful and professional. Well equipped to do the job; safety protocols in place; 3 men working; and did what was requested. Clean up was good. They are a bit pricier than others but chose them as they have invested well into the equipment they use to insure a good job.

Eddie and his crew did an excellent job. It was completely hassle free. After I called him, he came out quickly and provided an estimate . My trees look fantastic. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends.

This is our second experience with Eddie's Tree Service, and - again - a winner! They came out within 48 hrs. of initial contact and removed one very large dead limb and two smaller dead branches from two water oaks in our yard. They also removed an already-fallen-but-caught-in-another-limb branch just to tidy up. All the personnel are skilled, fair, tidy and pleasant, and they remove all traces of their presence when they leave. They will always be our go-to tree guys!

Because of prior commitments, they were unable to come as quickly as we would have liked, but they were up front about when they would come. They arrived at the appointed time, did the work quickly, chipped up the branches. The job took at total of two hours for three men. We were very happy with their work.

I called 3 companies for estimates; Eddie's had the best price. Once I chose them, they came out within the week to complete the work. The tree was large, and was in the corner of my yard overhanging my neighbor's yards. They did a great job of removing the tree without damage to any of our fences or yards, and cleaned up completely afterwards; all that remained were some wood shavings from the stump grinding, which left a nice mulch covering to protect the soil after the tree was gone.

The crew arrived on the agreed upon date. There was no damage to our house or garage. They cleaned up and removed all the branches, tree trunk pieces and ground shavings from our property. This is the second time I've used Eddie's Tree Service. They do good work and I'd recommend tham to anyone having tree problems.

I got several quotes. Not only was Eddie's quote competitive but they seemed interested. Others just went through the motions. On the appointed day they arrived and went to work immediately. A neighbor's car was parked in the way but they worked around that problem. Work was accomplished quickly and professionally. Everything was cleaned up afterward. All in all, a pleasant experience. I recommend them.
