Even with the proper training and equipment, the safes don't flex, so we need the proper amount of space to allow our equipment to work. This is to assure a safe delivery with no damage to your new safe, home, or our delivery crew.

He was not responsive to any questions I had and they were fairly simple. Maybe texting is complicated to him. Although he came off as rude and unresponsive the service was acceptable."

Use pliers or tweezers to grasp and gently pull out the broken piece if possible. Lubricate the keyhole with a graphite-based spray to aid removal. You can cut a door knob off using a sawzall, but you risk causing additional damage to the door itself. You’ll also need to completely replace the door knob, costing you extra money and another trip to the hardware store.
