Safe was delivered and the process was efficient with the equipment they had. However, Mark was less than personable and seemed bothered that he was there. He was not responsive to any questions I had and they were fairly simple. Maybe texting is complicated to him. Although he came off as rude and unresponsive the service was acceptable.

Purchased large gun safe at Bass Pro and needed delivery. Spoke with Mark and set up a date/time. He picked the safe up for me and delivered to my house. He arrived when he said he would and moved safe into place. Professional delivery and set up - made sure I understood how the everything worked as well even though I didn't purchase from him. Found out that I had another friend that used Mark as well. Would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Perfect, from the first phone call to the move.  Will be calling again for another job involving a few more safes moving from St. Louis to Farmington.
Mark answered the call right away, gave me an estimate and we scheduled the move to happen within days of the phone call.  It was a very easy transaction.  Mark came out as scheduled, had a helper, they moved the safe, no damage was done, he watches what he is doing and is conscientious of his work.
Seriously, there were no negatives with this move, wish every business was like this one.

We were able to deal directly with Mark Ingrim (the company owner) and I must say that we couldn't be happier with the service that was provided.  Using a safe moving company to transport an extremely heavy item that has a highly polished "black piano" finish from one location to another might not be the first thing that you think of, but these guys have the equipment and know how in how to move very heavy items without damaging the item or your home in the process.

The service was prompt and efficient.  Communication was great (an important and missing commodity from services provided in today's day and age I might add) and the price was well worth the time, effort and quality of work put into the move.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys in the future or use them again for moving anything of weight and value that is important to you.  Just an outstanding experience all the way around.  Thanks you, guys!

Very professional with the right equipment for the job.  Took care to make sure there was no damage to the walls or the safe finish during the move. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family to use their services.

As far as my husband and I are concerned, Mark went above and beyond.  I called him a few days before to schedule the move, but the delivery of the safe to our home was extremely late and therefore, the actual installation had to be postponed from the Friday installation.  Mark knew our car was displaced from its spot in the garage so even though he doesn't usually move safes on Saturday, he came and moved it to its space on the lower level.  The yard was wet from a fresh shower, so they brought in covers for the floor to keep things clean.  They also let us use the Angie's List discount!  They did a super job and we would use their services again.

Great!  I called and need this huge safe moved from my basement within 24 hours.  Mark rearranged appointments to make it happen.  He was courteous, professional, and did a great job.  Would highly reccomend!

This was a Fantastic experience from Safe Movers-STL. There are only a couple of Gun Safe moving companies around St. Louis and Safe Movers is without a doubt the best in service and very affordable.
I purchased a gun safe from a large retail store and contacted their preferred independent delivery company to provide the move. That experience went from bad to worse and they finally informed me, after 3-weeks of prodding them, they could not perform the move to the lower level of my house. While on the way to get a refund from the retailer on Sunday I stopped at a local store to see what they had and looked at some Safes from Safe Mover and grabbed a card and left a phone message. While in line at the retailer Mark called me back and within 5-minutes convinced me to get out of line, keep the safe I bought, and really liked, and he would take care of the delivery in two days!!! He took care of pick up at the retainer (865 pounds) and arrived Tuesday afternoon with a 2-man crew and all the right equipment for the move down my very tricky stairwell. The entire delivery to the lower level took less than an hour and there was not a single scratch in the stairwell, landing, hallway, doorways or walls. NOTHING. What a fantastic experience.
