I had 10 locks in my house that I wanted to have rekeyed. I checked Angie's List for local businesses and decided on Metro Lock and Security based on their ratings and credentials.
The locksmith, Mikel, arrived right on time and set to work on the locks. It took about 75 minutes from beginning to end. At one point I changed the number of keys I wanted, but he ammended his notes to reflect the change - no problem.
The lady I spoke to on the phone when making the appointment was knowledgeable and patient even when I had to call back twice to change the number of locks being rekeyed, thereby needing a new price.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company and will use them again if the need arises.

Locksmith came out on time and got right to work. He was friendly and polite. He answered all my questions professionally and courteously.

They are very prompt. I live in my son's house because my son lives in St. Louis. I know who to call if I have a lock problem. They could have charged me for a new lock instead of repairing the old one, but they didn't. They were prompt, and the guy knew what he was doing. He fixed the lock and I haven't had any problems with it since. I would use them again.

The service man explained what he was doing as he went along. I am very happy with the work.

Great! There was a wait for the services (I took the safe to them, it was cheaper that way), so I looked around at the safes for sale. The receptionist, Kim, went above and beyond to show me what each safe had to offer and give me more information about their products and services (all this, despite the fact I told her I wasn't planning on purchasing such a large safe in the near future and didn't want her to waste her time on a "non-purchase" customer). Didn't matter to her, she still explained every safe they had in stock with no pressure to buy at all. It took almost no time at all to crack open the safe and get my possessions out. Though Kim initially quoted me over the phone "a rough estimate of about $65 or so" to open the safe, she only charged me an even $10.
