Overall, smoothly. The technician was polite and professional. He did need to go get a part but was gone a very short time.

Technician arrived at the property is less than 30 minutes.and completed the work quickly.

Technician showed up, disassembled the locking mechanism, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The whole thing took less than an hour.

They were on time, professional, and he even fixed the deadbolt lock to the garage door so that it works properly. He's also looking at the back door lock and is going to give an estimate to fix it as well. We feel his prices are very fair. He does a good job and we would recommend him to others.

Rhino was the gentleman who took my initial call, and he was very pleasant to speak with. He was accommodating, and he was professional. He came out to change my locks after I took out a restraining order against my ex-husband. He stayed with me and performed the service, even helping me to program a new code in my garage door, which he didn't have to do. I paid a little more than I expected for the services, but the locks were smooth, keys all worked, and he was in and out within an hour and a half. He was concerned for my safety, and I really appreciated him looking out for me. I would definitely call Beishir again anytime.

A serviceman arrived at the house, took the broken look apaart, could not fix it. Said we needed a new lock and recommended
tow brands, which I went online and picked out four possibilities. The next week I took them by their office and they said they would get me some prices and order them for me. Never called. The next week, my husband stopped by their office and they
said they would call the next day with some prices. Never called. The end of the week, I stopped by once more, and the same thing, they would definiately call me the next day. Never called. That is when I joined Angies List. and selected

I was locked out of my house. I called and the service tech on call was going to be about an hour and a half. He knew I didn't want to wait that long, so he called someone else and asked them to come out before going home. Literally, the other man called within 5 minutes and showed up at my house about ten minutes later. He was super friendly and opened the door for me quickly.

Went great. Took a couple of hours but now have locks that match. A little pricey but got what we wanted.

Responded very quickly to my call. Since I was locked out they offered to meet me and drive me to my home. Once at my home, the technition was able to and quot;pickand quot; the lock within just a few minutes without and damabfge to my door or existing lock. Replaced the keyed section and internal tumblers so the lock was repaired so I did not have to repalced all fo the existing matching hardware.

Recommended by a friend and even though it was in South county and I live in North gave it a shot. Not only were they able to find a key to fit the lock but it looked authentic to the period. They were also able to find a close match to the lock I had in the other drawers, one being missing and it fits the same key. That was sooo kewl. Worth the trip. These folks know their stuff!!!

Locksmith was very nice and did everything withing an hour. Was good about not making a mess when drilling new holes in the door for the deadbolt. It was a bit pricey but the do good work.
