Our son somehow had his bedroom door locked with him on the outside and a cat inside. We called and explained there was a trapped cat. They had someone out within an hour. He was very nice, spent time showing us how to get the door open if this happened again, and charged us only what they quoted over the phone.

Eric was pleasant and did a great job! Susan was easy to work with and gave me an exact price prior to the service call. I was given an appointment time for after 3 pm the next day. Both Susan and Eric made everything go smoothly.

Service man arrived at scheduled time, was quick & courteous. Rekeyed 3 outside doors of house & made 12 duplicate keys for same. Will definitely use again if needed.

I'd made the appointment two weeks early to coordinate with my day off. Evidently it was a bad day for people being locked out, because Rick had several emergencies to deal with thereby making him late for my non-emergent tasks. It wasn't a problem for me, but it would have been nice if the office had called to keep me updated. Then I could have used the wait time to run errands.

WHEN I CALLED I TOLD THEM THAT THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE IN 1 TO 2 HOURS. THEY ARRIVED IN LESS THAN 1/2 HOUR. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A SENIOR DISCOUNT OF 10%.
