"Very well! The man who came out to measure our home and recommend the correct size units was wonderful. The crew that installed the units were excellent too - they worked efficiently and showed us everything about the new furnace and ac unit. They removed all the old units and parts and left our home as clean as before they were here. They also explained that we will get a notice explaining how to contact the city so that someone from there can come out and do an inspection to be sure everything is up to code standards."

"Antoine and his Service Specialist were very polite and pleasant. Diagnosed on Tuesday and repaired on Wednesday. Nice and honest guys! Prompt service, also called ahead before coming out. "My AC was out, it was 90 degrees in my house on a Sunday, and Max-Pro worked to squeeze me into their schedule on the very same day! Sean was extremely professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my system and why it was causing it to fail. "A consumate and knowledgable professional. He explained the concept of supply and return, and performed what may have been a first time service on our home. The price was extremely fair, we opted in for dryer vent cleaning. We are very pleased to have met them and thankful for the outstanding work that was done.
