We had been going with the guys who installed our new furnace, but they weren't returning our calls and giving us the run around. I researched different places online and Aire Serv had the best reviews. The reviews weren't wrong. They got back to me promptly, worked around our schedule. Called if/when they were running late. The guy who came to check our furnace out was very nice and descriptive. Just all around great service, I would recommend them to anyone.

Hired to install new (replace) GSHP. Not yet done. This company installed the original system and have maintained it since. Know them well and expect they will do fine job. (Original installation over 20 years ago.)

had moisture leakage from AC/furnace unit. Repairman came right away, went to work and found the problem. Had a ton of old refuse stuck in unit, which they found and removed promptly. After that, it worked like a charm!

Because of a leak in my geothermal unit, I scheduled an emergency visit and they made it out the next day. The man who came out even adjusted the air flow to various parts of the house (which I'd had trouble with since moving in but didn't mention to him--he noticed the problem just from looking at the unit itself) and fixed a squeaky lever.

The company that produced my furnace isn't even in business now but they were knowledgeable and knew just how to fix it.
