We have a home warranty and placed a service call through our home warranty company for AC repair. In the 20 yrs. that we have owned our home, we have had 5 different HVAC companies come out on service calls or maintenance tune ups. Max-Pro Heating and Cooling is by far the best HVAC company we have ever had. Charity the office manager and scheduler gets 5 stars for her professionalism, concern for customers and downright great service!! She also kept me updated on when technician would be able to to come out. Sean the technician was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, hard working and did a superb job for us with great attention to details!!! He took the time out to explain what he was doing along the way. We were so happy and satisfied with Max-Pro that we completed a survey for our home warranty company and we gave Max-Pro several 5 star ratings. You can't go wrong with selecting Max-Pro and we would highly recommend them.

A winner from the start. The lady that took my request was clear, concise, efficient , gave a good explanation and arranged to do job for the following day,On time. The Tech person arrived, I explained what I wanted and he immediately began the Job. He followed my request exactly and promptly completed the job. The cost was reasonable and when I need further A/C work or replacement these folks will be the first I Call. They are a small business that I believe will grow as they do good work at a reasonable fee. HLH

Prompt, competent service. Sean went beyond minimal service to repair heat pump/AC system (completely removed depleted R410A blended refrigerent and installed 14 lb of new refrigerant. Installed dye/sealant to allow for identifying hopefully stopping future leak). The 550% markup on the dye/sealant was bitter pill to swallow, but likely necessary to recover labor losses due to extended service time.

Sean was very thorough and professional. He listened carefully to understand the problem, and did wonderful work getting things corrected. He even let me use one of his carbon monoxide detectors until I was able to get my own. Couldn't ask for better.

Needed AC assistance on a weekend. Every other company I called couldn't come out for several days. Sean was able to come out within a few hours. Diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor in my case) within a few minutes and had it all fixed within 30 minutes. Incredibly nice and efficient. Great guy, great company.
