"The service man showed up precisely on time and after examining our carpets, recommended their less expensive steam cleaning service for our carpets since they were not heavily stained or well worn. He was very professional and polite. Everything looked great when he was done. But the next day, once the carpet dried, some of the heavy traffic areas still showed some dirt. When Like New Again called me to see if I was satisfied with the job I mentioned this. Another cleaner was sent out THAT AFTERNOON! I was happily surprised by the responsiveness of customer service.
