Richard did a wonderful job! He was very knowledgable, went the extra mile to remove a spot for me in another room. The carpets look, feel and smell as great as they were when they were installed. Advantage Carpet Cleaners will now be my go-to for any carpet cleaning I do in the future.

Richard asked pertinent questions before starting the job. He did terrific work. The carpet even went into the closets so there was quite a bit to be done. He gave me some tips on spot cleaning because I am moving in with two cats. A very knowledgeable man with a pleasant personality. I felt he was reasonable with the price also. I highly recommend him.

I have used Advantage Carpet Cleaners for several years now. They do a fantastic job and take their job very seriously. They are IICRC certified stain and odor removal specialists. Without understanding completely what that meant, they proved that they are experts at what they do! They ask lots of questions about where the potential stains came from so they know exactly how to treat them to get the best possible results. They always show up on time, are very conscientious and do a great job! I would highly recommend Advantage Carpet Cleaners!

They worked around our schedule as we were expecting a baby any day.  He made time to fit us in.  He came in and checked the carpet and asked us about what we thought the stains were.  One of the rooms had some dog poop (cleaned as well as we could) from our poor pup who had diarrhia.  the other stains wer your common dirt from shoes, etc.  He went over what he was going to do for each of the stains and probability of them coming out. 
He was completed in about an hour and all stains were gone.  He also said he sprayed the dog poop areas with
chemicals to kill any germs that still may be present.  We used the Angie's List coupon $60 of service for $29.  He charged an extra $30 for a total of $90 for service.  Only costing us $59.
We will use again.

We have used them for the last three years. We have been very pleased with his work. He is very professional and he shows up on time. His cleaning is very thorough and he wears booties to make sure he doesn't get anything on your carpets.

The pricing was very reasonable in comparison to other companies.  They were able to point additional stains on our carpet and were able to remove them.

It only took about a couple of hours for the carpets to dry out. They were very professional and my experience with them went great. Their prices are very reasonable comparing to other companies, and you can haggle with them on the price.

Excellent. Richard was clean, neat, professional, knowledgeable, and overall a salt of the earth guy to do business with. I did a ton of research online on carpet cleaning equipment and processes so I considered myself an educated consumer. Of all of the contractors I interviewed over the phone Rich was the only one that was able to answer ALL of my questions in great detail and was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. He did not once make me feel like I was bothering him. The day Rich arrived it was snowing. He went to great lengths to protect my floors and my freshly painted hallway walls. The carpet looks, feels and smells clean. I was originally planning on tearing out our basement family room carpet, but Rich made it look like it was brand new. He even removed latex paint stains out of our carpets. The result was better than perfect. He even left us with shoe covers and a free bottle of carpet stain remover.

We were very pleased!!!! Our carpets look, smell and feel so much nicer. You could see the difference when he was in the middle of a room. Advantage Carpet Cleaner was a completely professional company. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. It was a pleasant experience - carpet cleaning isn't always so delightful.

They did a fantastic job and were very thorough in the cleaning. They vacuumed and spot treated each room. The contractor explained what he was doing and even how to prevent pet hair buildup. He was very easy to work with.
