The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the cleaning in an hour or two. They cleaned the bedroom, hallway and step carpets. The carpets looked pretty good after the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

As always, a very good experience. Cleaned whole living areas plus couch and love seat. I'm a repeat customer, and to date this company hadn't given me a reason to stray. Good work and fairly priced

We have had Frank and his employees clean the carpets in pour previous property many times.  Most recently we were having the carpets cleaned after a renter moved out and we were putting the property up for sale.  The best way I can describe their work is to say that it is true to their name, "Like New Again".  In fact each time we have had them out to clean our carpets the carpets looked brand new again.  The technicians were very knowledgable and cautioned us appropriately on tough stains after the renters had moved out.  However, all the stains came up.  They have always been prompt and always give us a follow up call to make sure everything went well.  Even though we have never had any problems with the service, I am confident that Frank would fix anything that we found lacking.

He did an excellent job, including getting a stained hallway carpet clean.

He came on time. Discussed issues I had with carpets and he went to work. Was not here long. We used 3 fans on floor and it was dry by that evening. Very pleased with results. A couple of days later the owner called to check on the job. He also gave me advise on buying carpet. Very helpful. Good company to work with.

Can't say much more except the owner called early the nexr morning to ask if we were please with the service andresult....YES!

Great, in both places. I never believed they'd be able to get the apt carpets as clean as they did. Made me wish we had them cleaned before we moved in (our landlord did not clean them prior to us moving in) so we could have enjoyed them.

-They did an excellent job, and even got out a couple spots I didn't think was possible.  They were through, courteous, and professional.  I would use them again and I would recommend them.

They did a great job, were very nice and were punctual.  The owner called me back the next day to make sure everything went well. I had called called 2 other service providers and those were more expensive.  I plan on using them again in the next 6 months.

This is the first time to have carpets cleaned in just over a year.  This was the first time w/this provider who I found on Angie's List.   The procedure used by the company was the same as the last time, but the results were more then satisfactory.  Old spots left from previous dog mistakes were removed for the first time! The owner was very helpful in getting me the information and pricing.  There were no add ons by the tech, Brian was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.  Great experience...

I'm impressed.  My stairs were truly dirty from construction in my house and I have to say they look lovely after being cleaned.  The serviced tech, Mike, was on time, polite, great at his job and gave me some tips on cleaning particular stains on my carpets.  I was very happy with the work that was done.

The carpets look great and smell great, too!   Mike was pleasant and knowledgeable.  He left me with some information on cleaning spots and a container of spot cleaner.  Cleaning the carpets didn't take much time, at all.  I couldn't be happier with the results!

The service man showed up precisely on time and after examining our carpets, recommended their less expensive steam cleaning service for our carpets since they were not heavily stained or well worn. He was very professional and polite. Everything looked great when he was done. But the next day, once the carpet dried, some of the heavy traffic areas still showed some dirt. When Like New Again called me to see if I was satisfied with the job I mentioned this. Another cleaner was sent out THAT AFTERNOON! I was happily surprised by the responsiveness of customer service. This second cleaner had a different machine, a scrubber that was a lot more aggressive. I was not charged a dime for this second cleaning. When the carpet dried the next day it truly did look like "new again". We are very happy with the final results and especially how they kept working until we were completely satisfied.

Saw company in Angie's list. Talked to the owner who gave me an estimate (and an Angie's List discount). Made an appointment for later that week. They were right on time. The whole cleaning process took about an hour. They were even able to get paint out of the carpet, which is something that other carpet-cleaning companies had not been able to do. The charge was exactly what the estimate was.
