"John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. "Stan came out and looked at the job and made his bid which was substantially lower than the other three bids I had received.  He suggested lowering the top of the chimney by one brick layer and then rebuilding the cap.  His workers came on the scheduled day and performed the work well and were open to my suggestion for sealing the space between the chimney and the wall.  I was pleased with the work and cleanup after.
