The work difficulty ended up being on the low end of the range and he did, in fact, charge me the low end of estimate. Left area around the house and deck cleaner than he found it."

"They were very professional and nice. I kind of felt double-teamed - two guys showed up in two separate trucks. They wanted to put 13 piers around my house to fix the problem. The price for a pier is not a bad thing but it seemed an awfully extreme fix for what I had asked them to come out for. I?ve gotten their calls weekly possibly from the guy wanting to know if we had made any decisions yet on what we were going to do. I think they are a harder sell maybe than the other ones I talked to. We have had a couple of people tell us that there is no way we need that extensive work done, so I would probably not consider using them."

He came out to see our bathroom, we set up the costs right then. It was extremely clear who was paying for what and when his portions were to be paid. He was willing to use some supplies we already had to save costs. He recommended things when we were unsure and everything came out great! It's an amazing transformation.
