Excellent job. Al quickly isolated the issue to a clogged pilot light and repaired. He was meticulous in cleaning, properly arranging the gas logs and leaving the fireplace looking like new. He also advised me on our other gas fireplace which was very much appreciated.

Wonderful! Due to scheduling Justin wouldn't be able to send out a tech for a couple of weeks so he thought he could troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Two phone calls lasting about 20 minutes total and he was able to figure out it was a bad switch. I was able to do the necessary repair myself. Can't say enough about a person willing to do this pro bono vs setting up a service call. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Wow. I guess this was his Christmas present to me. They will be the first business I call if I have any additional problems with my fireplace.

They tried to clean the fireplace first and then ended up replacing the part. The cost was still less than the top dollar they had given as an estimate. Service man was very pleasant and did a great job. Very pleased with the company.

The gentleman on the phone and the technician were both very professional and responsive. They called back prior to my appointment to verify the equipment to insure they were prepared on the day of the visit. The technician was quick, professional, and the final bill was less than the original estimate.

Professional techs, kept everything clean. Took a couple of trips to isolate the problem (bad pilot/heat sensor) but cost was kept low. Absolutely use them again.

We were very impressed with the crew that serviced our Superior DVR5000 gas fireplace. They fixed the unit in ten minutes, and then spent the next forty minutes cleaning the unit and then spray painted the metal box to make it look new. They also added some type of wool shavings to make it look like real wood embers were glowing at the bottom of the gas logs. They cleaned up and left everything spotless. And they were very professional and informative throughout the whole process. Absolutely, positively will use them again for future repairs or replacements.

My gas log fireplace kept going out.  They came out and cleaned it and it lasted about 2 weeks.  They came back out a couple more times and each time replaced a part and adjusted the fir, finally getting it corrected.  All of this there was no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I don't think the fireplace had ever been cleaned or adjusted or even taken care of.  I bought the house about a year ago.  they were very professional and courteous and yes I will use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The technicians were friendly and professional. When my issue turned out to be minor, they took extra time to clean the unit and set up a remote control I couldn't get to work (which was not a part of the original request). The base fee is a little high, but ended up being worth it.

Cleaned gas log box, dis-assembled gas logs from box, cleaned and checked all connections.  Also corrected our start-up problem.
Prompt.  Rep. was courteous.  Price was reasonable.

They installed a set of gas logs in our fireplace. They were easy to work with and efficient.  I would use them again.

The experience was pretty good although I do not think it is a very big operation. Probably the hardest part is getting hold of the owner, Kerry Wood. I don't think they have an office number, he just basically takes it off his cell phone. However, the work they did for me was quite good. They did a good job when they closed down my pool. They also put a new pump in for me last year and I was very pleased. They seem to do good work and he did me a big favor by coming to my house because I live in an area where not a lot of pool guys come to. Their pricing is kind of middle-of-the-road.

We have been with them since about October of 2012. I go into the store for supplies and advice so sometimes I do the work myself, but they are always available when we need them.

We had Leisure World come out and install a wood burning fireplace into our existing home.  Justin was very knowledgable about the unit and made sure that it was installed properly and that it would be safe.  It was a big job and probably a little unusual as it's more common to install a fireplace when building the home or convert an existing fireplace.  Overall it went well.  They worked quick and were efficient and didn't leave a mess.  They came when they said they would and always returned calls.  They helped us coordinate some of the other work (framing, stone, mantle), but this review is only on the install, though we appreciate their help in lining the other pieces up.  We got another bid for the actual unit and install and the price was in line with Leisure World.  Now that the fireplace is done it looks great!  We haven't had a chance to use it yet due to the weather being warm, but assume it will work well.

Adding an update:  After several months we had some water leaks from heavy rain.  We called Leisure World and they came out right away, found that the flashing installed was defective (problem with the product, not the install).  They replaced the flashing and hired someone to come replace the drywall as well.  Though it was a pain to have to have what was finished redone, we were VERY happy at how accomodating they were and how they made sure to get it all fixed for us.  They took care of all of it.  It's so nice to work with a company that stands behind their work!  That reinforced my A rating.

The installation went very well. The installers ran into a little trouble pushing the plumbing into the addition where the fireplace is located, but it didn't take them long to get it.  They even went so far to paint the plumbing (which runs across the ceiling in our basement) black to match the flat black unfinished ceiling.  The actual installation of the logs took no time flat and are working great!  The estimate with very close to the actual cost, but most of the cost was the actual pluming.  The house had plumbing at one point, but even if it had still be present it would have need to have been changed.  You can't even tell work has been done, and everyone who comes over to the house now comments on the fireplace.  Very glad we did this!1805
